the weapon looks like gunblade from Final Fantasy VIII

That's this specific class' super move. Her revolvers turn into gunblades that modify her attacks and ends in a flashy finisher once the super move ends it's duration.

A common misconception, the outfit here (as well as the one Uma Therman wears in Kill Bill) are both homages to Bruce Lee's famous costume from the movie "The Game of Death".
